Do these come in pairs or each? Can I install these myself?

If you click on the drop down menu you will notice the sizes available for these soles. Select the size range of the boots that you will be replacing the soles on. These are sold in pairs. I would recommend sending the boots to Alpinestar to have the soles replaced. They do all of the work in house and have a terrific turn around time.

Do the soles come with the Glue needed if not what kind of glue should i use?

No, these Tech-10 replacement soles are just going to come with the soles themselves. As far as the glue goes, I've personally had a lot of success with a brand called "Guerilla Glue." They make a pretty gnarly product that has worked extremely well on similar tasks in the past.

No these will not work. If you need to get your boots re-soled, I suggest contacting Alpinestar, USA, to re-sole them for you.
