this fits the stock airbox and does not affect the exhaust and works with either aftermarket or stock.

It should pull a little harder then your stock filter but if you want your engine to breath go with a K&N you wont be dissapointed

it's always recommended to check your jetting after installing an after market filter. Especially if you just installed an exhaust.
