" I don't know what happened to the other guys lights....but mine was and is awesome! It's perfect.... The only thing I did to it was to paint the backside of the lights to keep glare down on my side of things. A great unit! Cheaper than and better than stock. "

Not White/Bad Sticker
" I was stoked to come home to some new parts next day after ordering! lame thing was this light I ordered was not a white color i expected. it looks more creme and then the sticker is as white as can be. The Sticker for the plate was all jacked up on one side and if I did plan on keeping the light setup i would have had to pull the sticker off and put something else on background wise. Other colors might match up better... I am sure you can't go wrong with black. "

full of problems, get a better product
" first off, this wasn't a problem from Motosport. they go my order right, and on time. but after installing the DHH headlight, it ran my battery down, so i inspected it to find dual 50's instead of 35's. i contacted Acerbis about it, and after responding to my second e-mail, the did get me the right bulbs here within a few days. they seemed to be working well until one side quit working, and i look again to find one of the wires off the socket, then i see that the other 3 are about to come off too, only hanging by a a few strands of wire. i'm not asking for the same sockets, i will make sometihing for it with heavier wire, and wire ends. unless you want to have this kind of trouble, find a better light. "

when it comes to aftermarket parts working together that is up to you to make it work. would not know unless we tried it.
Answered by dirt
is this very hard to hook up and how do you do it.
Asked by ktm791
It's pretty basic. Depending on if your bike is already wired for a headlight you can knock it out in about an hour. It does include a detailed set of instructions on how to install.

do you sell just the bulbs with covers for the acerbis dhh headlight?
Asked by dshuckle
We do stock bulbs but the covers we would have to order in for you.
Answered by Drewski, Portland, OR
I have one of these headlights, but I'm missing the sockets for the bulbs with the electric hook up. Is there any way to get just that by itself?
Asked by gmiller
Unfortunately we cant pull just the hook ups from this light since we sell them as complete units. I would maybe contact Acerbis to see if they can hook you up.

How bright is this application?
Asked by
It's pretty much just as bright as the OEM light on that bike. Yes, there is high and low beam selection.

is this a good quality product?
Asked by DirkBagle
Durability and reliability is the same with all of the Acerbis head lights. This headlight is not DOT approved as the CE/DOT is.

Which headlight for 1991 RMX250?
Asked by RLLaguardia, Fremont,California
The only indication of knowing whether a headlight will mount to your bike is knowing if it came with one from the manufacture. If your bike came with a headlight than this Acerbis headlight will work.
