  • The Leatt GPX Club II neck brace was designed to prevent these extreme movements of the rider's neck in the event of a crash: hyper flexion, hyper extension, lateral hyper flexion, axial loading, and posterior hyper translation.

Best $400 I ever spent!!!
" My friend broke his neck at the local track. Soon after that I order my leatt. Took a couple of rides and adjusting. Now I can not even tell its on. About a year after wearing the brace I put it to the test. I went over the bars head first and my bike drove me head first into the ground. I walked away with only a broken coller bone and shoulder blade. EMT said I was lucky I was wearing my leatt brace. Leatt will even inspect the brace for you after a hard crash. If it is damaged you can buy replacement parts for it. Thank you Leatt!!!! "

awsome brace
" this is really a necessary product. i just bought one after i had been riding at the track for more then half the year without one. once i got the money i bought one and wow its awsome. gives you so much confidence and you really cant tell its there after a while. i adjusted it like crazy till i found how i liked it. so many adjustments its insane. after my 2nd ride i couldnt tell it was there, the only thing is the hooks that keep it together or clips w.e. u wanna call it are like junk. there plastic. butt they do the job so i cant complain. this brace really is awsome and its worth the extra 100 bucks from the step below this just because you can wash the padding and its colored.. it gets all muddy and u throw it right in the wash no problem. i would never not ride without one again. "

"To brace or not to brace"
" I was never a big believer in neck braces until I saw the Danny Magoo video on a product review. I was shocked at how he broke his neck, that is enough to scare the snot out of anyone. Have seen the Leatt journey from the beginning and am convinced had Magoo had the benefit of such a device, he'd have made it thru okay. Brace took about an hour to adjust to my frame and build. Rode with it just once so far. On first few laps or going very slow you notice the brace and it did hinder my ability to look up in what felt like a natural position while riding along in 1st gear. However once on the track and going at a good clip the brace all but disappeared. I didn't notice it until I was back in the pits again. I gave it as high a rating as I could because I didn't crash (at 50 I have no intentions of crashing on my head) The brace once adjusted to you feels natural and didn't take any time at all to get used to. "

SAVED MY LIFE!
" Just over 2 months ago I had a severe motocross accident... I was coming down a straight away when I decided to take the outside berm.... I came in to fast and went over the berm and flew 30 feet into a ditch on the other side before landing on my head... I was out for 10 mins. I woke up to the sounds of sirens and people talking all around me! I was "LIFE FLIGHTED" to Memorial Herman Severe Trama center. I was put into an emergency MRI of the brain and spinal cord! After A a long 5 hours in the ER I was moved to the "ICU" where I spent over night... The Doctor came into my room at 11:30 P.M. the day of my crash and told me that I had suffered a severe concussion... He also told me that he had some bad news for me.... I HAVE A 25% COMPRESSION FRACTURE ON MY T3 AND T4 VERTEBRAE, AND 50% COMPRESSION ON MY T5 AND T6 VERTEBRAE. I was put in a back brace which i've worn for 8 weeks now! I'm currently out of it... The doctor said that I would be PARALYZE if it wasn't for the leatt brace! AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED ITS A SMALL PRICE TO PAY WHEN YOUR COMPARING IT TO YOUR LIFE. MAY I REMIND YOU IM ONLY 15 YEARS OLD! I never thought this would ever happen to me but it did! For the sake of your life spend the money and be careful! "

" I was always skeptical about spending $400 on something that I didn't know if it would work. This thing has definitely paid off for me. As soon as I put it on I could tell a world of difference, looking back now I cant believe that I ever rode without one. The sizing is perfect if you spend some time playing around with the different included size spacers and its really comfortable. The first time I crashed with this on I felt it totally isolate my head movement. It gives you crazy confidence and Ill never ride without one again! "

Great product, wrong padding.
" I love my leatt. It gives me way more confidence in everything i do on my dirtbike. The one little problem i have with it is the padding though. They used a fairly coarse padding that rubs on the sides of my neck, they should have used something a little more smooth and soft. Also it is very hard to use with a chest protector, i tried cutting the shoulder guards off of my sentinel to make the leatt fit but it still restricted my head movement a bit, so i gave up on chest protectors. But overall, the leatt is worth the money for what it does. It could save your life. "
