  • Sidi Crossfire SRS boots are a high tech boot that will stand up to the use and abuse and continue to offer superior protection and comfort.
  • It all starts with an understanding of what it takes to develop a boot that has the best form and function and The Sidi Crossfire SRS boots have nailed it. To start, the Crossfire SRS have an external dual flex system to allow for fluid movement front and back, but extremely rigid side to side movement.
  • Sidi designed the Crossfire SRS boots realizing riders will be putting these boots through the stresses involved with competitive and aggressive riding by making the high wear parts to be replaceable.
  • The soles on the Sidi Crossfire SRS are the simplest replacement system on the market. With a standard Phillips screw driver the sole comes off for easy replacement. Sidi offers multiple types of soles to match your needs.
  • To continue raising the bar on safety, Sidi uses a composite insole on the Crossfire SRS boots which doesn't deteriorate like a steel shank can. Sidi also includes a removable arch support to match the riders foot type.
  • No rider is the same which is why Sidi designed the calf of the Crossfire SRS boots to adjust, making the boot fit better for increased protection and comfort.
  • Sidi uses Lorica® on the Crossfire SRS boots. Loirica® is an extremely fine composite micro fiber material that is stronger, softer, lighter with better moisture protection than leather.
  • The cam-lock buckles on the Sidi Crossfire SRS are independent providing less resistance and better range of motion. The cam-lock buckles are attached to straps with position memory, making adjusting the strap length a one time thing.
  • The Crossfire SRS boots are lined with a Cambrelle material to keep your feet nice and cozy.
  • Sidi took advantage of their high tech design to eliminate the need for an inner booty on the Crossfire SRS boots. By eliminating the inner booty the Crossfire SRS boots are able to shave weight and keep a slender body for easier control and better feedback.

Narrow but Resolved
" I purchased these boots due to my experience with Sidi shoes/boots in road racing motorcycles and bicycles. The quality and attention to detail make these boots worth the price. Sliding them on I like how the buckles stay shut yet are easy to open an close. The hinge system makes these boots break in very fast. In my first ride I forgot I had new boots on. One get off in a water crossing tested the boots ability to keep my foot dry. Another success! The rubber contact spots on the boots give them plenty of grip on the bike helping me on my early spring first ride. I did have problems with the footbed being a bit too narrow. I took the boot to a local ski shop that specializes in boot fitting. They easily fixed the narrow width making these boots fit like slippers. I can compare these boots to the new Fox Instinct's as I tried both on. The Fox Instinct boots have much more feel allowed through the boot. They do feel like a running shoe wrapped in protection. They feel a little wider than the Sidi's. I question how a boot that allows so much feel through it can protect. The Sidi Crossfire SRS feel like your feet are in a safe compared to the Fox Instinct's lighter softer feeling boot. I picked the Sidi's due to their SRS system and history with me on lasting a long time. I'm very happy with them after my first all day ride that had me pushing the bike a few times and getting wet. Good with the bad
" I go through a pair of boots about every year so I thought I would break down and buy the sidi's. They are definelty the most comfortable boot I have ever had. Lots of great support and features but the one problem I have had and other rides I know that run these boots is that the inter heal hinge point plastic is already breaking apart and I only have 4 rides on these boots. You won't be dissappointed
" Best boots I've ever owned. I'm a Vet Expert and have been racing off-road and MX since I was a kid. These boots are by far the best investment you can make in boot protection. Virtually everything is replaceable, easy sole replacement (SRS), buckles, etc. My favorite features are the excellent styling, the slim toe making my shifts reliable and confident; the lack of an inner boot makes them feel lighter and way more comfy all day long. No break-in whatsoever, day one feels the same as day 999. Just purchased my 3rd pair, prior pair are now my practice boots and I bought them in 2006. "

Absolutely the best boot ever
" I got these boots because my old tech 3s were worn out. My foot has quit growing so I decided to get a boot that would last. They adjust to fit your foot perfectly and the pivot joint makes shifting and braking a lot easier. Hands down best pair of boots I've ever owned. Just order at least half a size up than what you usually wear. "

best boots ever
" Ok I just got these boots and I love them. I just got back from riding at Hatfield Mc Coy trails in WV for 5 days and these boots kept my feet dry !! After these boots broke in it did not feel like i had boots on!! My friend has the alpinestar tech 8 and his feet kept getting wet and his buckles kept coming undone, but not the Sidi's they held on and never came undone. If you are thinking about getting these boots get them you will be very happy. Dont waste you money on the alpinestars tech 8's spend a little more and get these boots. "

A Good Boot
" The Sidi Crossfires are a good boot. I have had Alpinestars Tech 6, 8 and 10. The Pros: Great flexibility with the hinge system, intuitive and durable buckles system, replaceable parts will prolong the life of the boot The Cons: The fit of the boot is not as secure as the Alpinestars Tech 10s (do to the inner bootie). I purchased a size 11 which was uncomfortably tight and went up to 11.5 which is on the large side. It is much larger in the toes and heel area that I would like. The cost is also a con, but I found these to be far better than the less expensive tech 6s. "

The Best, just order a size up.
" I read another review on this site about the sizing. Im a true size 11, and these boots are tight! Ive been riding for 29 years and have owned MANY boots, and all have been 11's as an adult. I do have a wide foot, so this may be contributing to the tighter fit? The quality is top notch. The design and function are as all the other reviews have said, great. The ability to "point" your toe is unique, and sets these boots apart from the others. Buy these boots, they are top of the line, just order them a size larger. "

Most Awesome Boots Ever!
" My Alpine Stars Tech 8 boots needed replacing and I have always looked at the Sidi boots, I decided to step up and get a pair of the Crossfire SRS boots and boy am I glad I did! These boots are awesome, they are very will engineered and a lot of thought was put into the design. The buckles are very simple and work very will same goes for the sole of the boots easy to change no hassle. These are the most comfortable boot that I have ever worn. "

Great boots!
" These boots are awesome; much better than I expected. If your going to spend this kind of money on a pair of boots the SIDI's are much better than any others in this range. Glad I Bought Them
" Smartest decision I've made in a while was to buy these boots. I was amazed of how easy they were to ride in right out of the box. NO BREAK IN AT ALL!!. Inside the boots are comfortable. I have several rides on them and they are holding up great. The only thing I would suggest would be to order more screws for your soles if you have sharp pegs. Some of my inner screws are getting deformed from my pegs and makes them hard to get out, but no problem because all the parts are reasonably priced. Might seem expensive at first, but if you take care of them they will last for years and beats buying new boots every year or two, so definitely worth it in the long run. "

Very nice boots!
" Not sure if i rate these boots, you see im a beginner when it comes to motocross. These boots are very comfortable as soon as you put them on. They articulate to the way your foot moves. I use them when im on my street bike as well, they offer way more protection then street boots. As far as on the dirt I took a tumber while on my dirtbike and my leg got pined between bike and ground, boots protected ankle like they should. Note sizing is one side bigger and you should be good. Im a 11.5 had to get these in 12.5. "

Set the Standard
" These boots are in my opinion the best. I bought my last pair in 2001 and have been wearing them ever since. The sole is so easy to replace even I can do it. the sole is nice and stiff, even know there isn't a steal shank. These boots are so comfortable you could even drive home from the track in them. They feel broken in from the first time you put them on. "

Oh Yeah!!!
" In deciding on which boots to buy I tried on the Gaerne SG12, the Alpinestar Tech 10 and the Crossfire. I have a narrower foot, so the real choice was between the Sidis and Alpinestars. While the tech 10's feel a little more burly, they are heavy, and lack the "feel" that I am looking for. The Crossfires almost feel like I'm wearing tennis shoes! Easy on and off, and fairly waterproof too! If the Alpinestar buckles didn't suck it would have been a tougher decision. The fit on both boots are very similar. My street shoe size is a 12. The Apinestar fit was true to size, but in the Crossfires I actually squeezed in to an 11. Another bonus is the low profile of these boots. If I'm just cruising around town on my wrf-450 I can wear my boots underneath my jeans( similar to the tech 8's). "

Best value...
" Now that Alpinestars are over $560 for the Tech 10's I looked at the old stand buys... SIDI's.... I love these boots. They run a bit small if you wear thick socks like I do. They take time to break in also, but when they do they feel like a glove. I've now owned both Alpinestars and SIDI's and my favorite boot from now on are SIDI..... "

Best boots I have worn..
" After destroying two pairs of fox boots in 2 seasons I decided to spend some serious cash. Definately the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. Im a thin guy and one of my problems was getting a boot to wrap arount my shin tight and with the adjustment with these boots I have that for the first time. The boots are durrable as all heck and if something breaks or gets worn out virtually everything in replaceable which is a huge plus. Yeah your gonna pay for these boots but definately worth every penny I wont buy another set that arent SIDI'S!! "

SISI CROSSFIRE SRS
" After trying other top brands, lots of research on the web and magazines, I decided on the SIDI Crossfire's for my next pair of MX boots. 3 years later I just went through the same routine to purchase my next pair of boots, with the Crossfires a clear favorite going in considering the flawless operation and protection I've enjoyed since the purchase 3 years ago. Don't waste your time, these are by far the most superior MX/Offroad boots you can buy. My new pair had the fit and comfort of my 3 year old pair. Over the last 3 years I've not had a single issue with buckles, stiching, comfort, nothing, it made me ask why I bought a new pair to begin with. "

SIDI CROSSFIRE SRS BOOTS
" *pros* -The buckles are the best design I have seen or used. -The boot is quality, its functional for its intended purpose and looks good. -Very comfortable, It has a light feeling to it. -Great job of absorbing jumps and whoops -You get most of the natural range of motion back in your ankle. This made me a bit more agile and helped me ride more comfortably leading me to become a better rider. (No boot will make you faster, or make u a pro, what im saying is this boot added comfort and agility that allowed me individually to become more confident. Only seat time will make me faster) *cons* -You need to re-learn your rear break, it will feel different due to the stiffness of the sole. Not a huge problem and I dont mind the trade off. "

Expensive but worth every penny!
" Last year I bought a pair of fox F3 boots after trashing a pair of trackers in one season. The F3 boots were comfy but did not hold up the heel inserst fell out constantly and I tore a hole in the right boot from kicking the bike. Very dissapointed for the price I had to JB weld the heels and the hole in the right boot and it had olny been half a season. What sole me on the SIDI's was the replaceable plate right where i tore my last 2 sets of fox boots. But once I received the boots nothing Ive worn can hold a candle to them! Super comfy and extremely durrable just keep up on checking the fasteners and even if something does happen to break its all replaceable from the sole to the heat sheild. I think soles are about $18 the plates on the inner foot are like $10 better than buying another set right. Your gonna pay but your not gonna buy another boot for a long long long time! "

Sidi Crossfire SRS
" My rating 4.5 stars: Excellent boots, great for Supermoto and dirt track; good protection and flexible, no break in required, top quality. Only negative to these boots, if riding off-road/trails, extended duration non-stop, (after a hour or so) the vibration felt through the soles starts to get annoying. Not sure if the Crossfire TA with the traditional motocross sole would limit the vibration that comes through similar to my Tech 8s. My use for the SRS is supermoto and dirt track, and work excellent; I’ll continue to use my Tech 8s for the days on the trails to absorb vibrations. Almost forgot, be careful walking on flat wet hard surfaces (concrete) or slick mud with these boots, almost no traction because the hard shell wraps around the edges of the sole and limits the contact from the rubber sole with flat surfaces & the rubber sole is pretty hard; you do a lot of sliding. Great Dual-Sporting Boots
" I bought these boots to provide more off-road protection than my several-year-old Sidi Discoveries. The Crossfire SRS boots are awesome, providing the same great initial fit and comfort as the Discoveries, while adding a ton of protection...especially in the ankle. Having just worn them every day for a week on a 1,900 mile dual-sport ride, I would highly recommend them to a friend seeking a great dual-sport boot. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is their price. It's high, but these boots are very well made...and the cost is a lot cheaper than an ER visit and physical therapy for an ankle fracture. My Discos are now for street-only rides. "

Best Boots HANDS DOWN!
" I purchased my SIDI Crossfires after a season of running a new pair of Alpinestar Tech 10’s (and Tech 8’s before that). From the minute I put the SIDI’s on I noticed a HUGE different in comfort and quality. The support is really in the boot itself and not a flimsy booty insert. With a few minor adjustments, I hit the track and was immediately more confident. The increased sole rigidity surprisingly absorbed small and larger impacts with breeze and I was able to ride longer and harder with less fatigue. I knew these boots were worth their weight in gold when I was @ Milestone MX and came-up short, grinding the bottom of my KX450F on the landing of a tricky step-up > step-down. I absorbed the hit, kept riding and got back to the pits with without a limp. Spend the extra $$ for the best protection. "

" Bulletproof in the trees and rocks nice and light on track. The stiff sole took a few laps to get used to but the shorter overall length and the shed weight I noticed right off the bat. The quality leather and lightweight plastics used combined with the hinge design make the boot fit like a slipper. Not to mention the number one selling point of a SIDI: a sole that can be replaced by using a coin as a flat-head. Only down side is having to remove the alpinestar stickers from everything I own "

" They have better feel & more comfortable then my old alpinestar tech 6 boots, & they grip the sides of my motorcycle better. they cost a little more but worth the money. "
what is the sizing of sidi boots? do they run small , true ,or big?
Asked by crfak
these boots should fit true. Just remember they are European sized and make sure to cross reference their size to men's US.

All size boots have 22 inch calf?

Gaerne boots do accommodate for larger calf's. I know this first hand as I have the same issue as you. The downfall to your predicament is you might have to go up in foot size to get that little extra width in the calf area. I've ridden Alpinestars for along time before realizing that Gaerne SG10 would be a better fit for me.
