VORTEX SPROCKET
  • With the Vortex® sprocket and chain kit you can expect race quality and killer street looks.
  • The Vortex® black aluminum rear sprocket will not only make your motorcycle look faster, it will increase your motorcycle's acceleration by reducing the rotating mass. In addition to quicker acceleration, reduced rotating mass also translates into quicker braking and better handling.
  • Vortex® makes their front sprockets out of high quality stainless steel that has been drilled to save weight.
  • The Vortex® rear sprocket has been anodized black for a durable finish and non-stock look. Constructed of the highest quality 7075 T6 aluminum maximizes durability and weight savings.
  • Vortex® uses a CNC machining process to ensure the tightest tolerances and reduced chain drag.
  • Match these Vortex® sprockets up with a RK or DID chain for the ultimate combo on your motorcycle.
RK CHAIN

All RK Sealed O-ring type chains feature heat treated hi-carbon alloy steel components with seamless rollers and shouldered bushings, and are fitted with a variety of O-ring seal designs. All RK O-ring seals are made from an advanced Nitrile Butadiene composite for maximum performance and wearlife.

D.I.I CHAIN

D.I.D's PATENTED X-Ring construction reduces friction by twisting between the side plates instead of being squashed. Normal O-Rings and other makers' modified O-Rings have squashed points that increase friction. The twisting action of the X-Ring disperses the pressure and minimizes power loss.

The X-Ring's four contact points greatly increase its sealing performance. This keeps the dirt out and the lubrication in much better than any other O-Ring. X-Rings have the greatest wear resistance of any other type of O-Ring or Non-O-Ring chain.

Best Value for the money.
" I purchased this kit after many months of reading reviews, asking questions and checking prices. By far the best value for the money. MotoSport did a great job offering this kit, especially at this price. Install was a breeze, It looks great, and shipping was incredibly fast. Ordered it on a Thursday and by Saturday it was sitting at my front door. The only thing I would recommend is that if you purchase this kit, also purchase a chain breaker/riveter kit. It will make the job so much easier. Thank you MotoSport. You guys are great. Customer service was better than anything Ive ever experienced. The kit does include a rivet link even though its not listed as such. My 2003 Yamaha FZ1000R is much happier now. :) "

You can order the kit with the black PTFE hard coat. I did and it is wonderful. Lasts a lot longer and is much quieter.

We do not stock any kits for your bike.

Can you get the same deal with 150 links on the chain, or do you just get the standard 114-115?
Asked by brandont70
The price will vary when a different length chain is selected. We do still offer a combo discount though. Then longest chain we stock is 140 links.
Answered by MotoMoo2, Portland
This kit comes with a 120 link chain. Check the options list when you order for more links than that.
